How To Keep Your Heart – Healthy

Keeping your heart healthy is essential for longevity. All adult Indians are prone to heart problems, especially those at higher risk who have a high level of cholesterol, high blood pressure, higher sugar levels, and are smokers.

  • Are smokers for a long time
  • Are you overweighed or have obese conditions

  • Quit smoking ASAP as it triggers the heart risk
  • Cut the diet with a higher cholesterol level
  • If you are a heart patient, have regular heart checkups as per your doctor’s suggestion
  • Try to maintain ideal body weight
  • Keep your stress level down
