SSB is pledged to offer credit facility to the patients from Corporates, PSU’s and TPA with whom we have tie ups. To initiate the process of credit, one can contact at the TPA Help desk and submit the patient’s valid identity proof or other documents. For the convenience of patients, the hospital has established a help desk on the ground floor by the name of TPA/ Insurance desk. It is mandatory to get approval for cashless facility from TPA or the respective corporate or PSU before patient gets admitted for planned procedures.

However, if the patient gets admitted in emergency for life saving treatment then approval for cashless facility must be attained before the discharge. The hospital provides services of technical staff who can guide the patient about the formalities for the respective creditor. SSB Hospital or its staff will completely help in the process of cashless treatment.

In case there is a delay or denial of authorisation from Insurance/ TPA patient/ attendants are responsible for clearing the hospital dues before the patient gets discharged from the hospital. Patient’s documents can be forwarded to respective TPA/Credit company after minimum 3-4 working hours post hospitalisation, subjected to submission of credit documents. The average time of cashless approval is 24-36 hours, subjected to fulfilment of all kind of documentary requirements by TPA. The average discharge process for TPA patient is approx 6-7 hours, after the announcement of discharge by the consultant.

  • Consumables which come under non payable category have to be paid by the patient.
  • Co-payment if applicable has to be paid by the patient.
